CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders will be subject to all costs incurred to date.

LESS THAN MINIMUM
On some items Half of the minimum quantity can be produced
for a LTM charge of $25(v). Please inquire.

REORDERS
Exact Repeat orders will not be subject to a setup charge
providing they have been placed within 24 months of the
original order. Please reference previous
order #, Date and our Invoice#.

SAMPLES
Samples are provided FREE OF CHARGE as long as a
sample order is faxed to the factory with a valid
UPS, FEDEX or AIRBORNE # to cover the cost of shipping.
